On behalf of the Center for Media and Peace Initiatives, New York and the Hollings Center for International Dialogue, Washington DC, we want to thank all the participants and lead discussants at the Peace Journalism and Consolidation of Democracy dialogue held at two Nigerian cities of Abuja and Enugu. 

From the Abuja presentations at the Gregory University’s Innovation Hub with Senator Enyinnaya Abaribe to the Enugu presentations at the Institute of Management and Technology, Enugu, we exchanged ideas, learned from each other, and envisioned new ways to collaborate. We at the Center for Media and Peace Initiatives look forward to deepening and strengthening ties with practicing journalists, and journalism faculty in universities in Nigeria and Africa in general.
